This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which GearZTouch (“we,” “us,” or “our”) will offer refunds and cancellations for orders placed on our website (“Gearztouch.com”).
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided your order has not yet shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us by email at [support@gearztouch.com] as soon as possible. We will confirm the cancellation by email and process a full refund to your original payment method. No cancellations are entertained for those products that have been obtained on special occasions. (These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.)
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 4 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us by email at support@gearztouch.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is in original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, or a store credit if you prefer.
Items in SALE through Paytm and Festive Sale are not returnable, only replaceable.
Return Conditions:
- Unsatisfied Return: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 24 Hrs of delivery at your own expense. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging and condition. Once received and verified, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide a store credit, if preferred.
- Defective Return: For products found to be defective, you may return the item within 24-48 Hrs of delivery. Customers are required to self-ship the defective item back to the company. Upon receiving and confirming the defect, we will issue a full refund or replace the product as per your preference.
- Broken Product Return: If your product arrives broken or damaged, please notify us and ship it back to us within 24 hours of delivery. Ensure the product and all included parts are securely packaged. Upon verification, a full refund or replacement will be provided, including the cost of return shipping.
Return Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Products without original packaging
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 72 Hours of receiving your returned product. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to credit the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different product, you will need to return the original product and place a new order for the desired product.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
